The best interview process I've had. I've been doing phone screens and on-site interviews with 5 companies here in Seattle the past month, and Skilljar is a standout. The whole process was so easy and I never felt out of the loop once, which made me feel so confident going into each phase of the interview. My recruiter Joe was amazing and was so fast with responding to my emails. I had a phone screen with the ADR manager and it was conversational and we spoke about my experience. Then I was assigned a prospecting exercise that I found easy to follow and execute. The next stage was the on-site interview meeting various members of the team in 30 minute intervals (total of 3 hours on-site, even got to meet the CTO which I found to be a unique experience). There were behavioral questions, but I found that it was more conversational and I had a lot of fun speaking with the team. I felt at ease and like myself and it didn't seem like they wanted to stump me on questions. Recruitment got to me promptly letting me know that they wanted to extend an offer, and I happily accepted. From start to finish this process took less than 2 weeks. I can't wait to start my journey at Skilljar!
