The conversation was very casual and they got to know me as a person. They genuinely seemed interested in my experience and expertise. They did not ask specifics about my portfolio.

Most of the interview consisted of the recruiter telling me how great the company is.
She mentioned that teamwork isn't really encouraged for the role, which I thought was odd. I was also told that they don't value training needs assessments and evaluation since there isn't usually time to do them.
She told me the salary range, and then said "probably more on the lower end of what I just told you."
