The process was friendly, especially the hiring manager in the screening was complimentary and upfront. The final interview was very analytical but fair. I was given a timed test on Solidworks. The frustrating part was they told me that I would hear back either way, and I did not. I reached out multiple times and got absolutely no response. Very dissapointing for such a small company, especially when I was told there was only a handful of candidates left and I made it clear I was very interested.
