Skanska HR BP contacted me and set up interview. Interview with one director and HR Manager (new to company). Turned out to be a ‘fishing expedition’ by the director to get market and competition information. No contact thereafter, not even a phone call to inform decision. HR BP came back after several weeks of chasing to say no. Learned that the director who had interviewed me was no longer with Skanska!
