I made it to the 3rd round of interviews, with the GM for the UK market and told I'd be contacted within 2 weeks for follow-up.
They completely ghosted me despite me reaching out to them twice afterwards.
Very unprofessional and off-putting.

One of the questions I found a bit bizarre was about their App and what I'd recommend to make it better. Felt like they were simply fishing for ideas, especially since they then ghosted me later.
