The application was online and the hiring process was quick and mechanical. I don't remember the interview in detail because it happened so long ago. Six Flags actually came to recruit kids at my high school in our cafeteria. Since this was for a summer job at a theme park, they didn't ask me very many detailed questions. This also was an entertainment position and I didn't have to audition. As long as you are 15 years and older, you may work in Entertainment at Six Flags. I remember age and working papers were also a part of the interview/ hiring process.
