Applied through LinkedIn, spoke to the Talent people over the phone for a quick introduction and housekeeping questions. The 1st interview was scheduled within a few days, where I met with my direct manager. This was a general interview focusing on my background and expectations for the role. The 2nd interview took place a few days later, involving a more technical grilling with a senior engineer and my direct manager present. This session delved deeper into my technical skills and problem-solving abilities. A couple of days after the 2nd interview, I received the results. Overall, the process went well. It was relatively straightforward, everyone was nice, and the entire experience was very structured and organised. It was a great process all in all.
