The interview process is very lengthy and it seems they will call the interviewer at their office and waste their time and effort. First-round will be CV screening, 2 nd round will be .net assignment, 3rd round will be a walkthrough of your coding assignment, 4th if they like it will call you at their stupid office. I think they will call everyone at their office and will waste your time and effort. I had all the 4 rounds and Feedback I got is "You are the excellent and very strong profile we got very positive feedback, however, unfortunately, we can't proceed ahead at this time " Guys, please don't approach this fraud company for your interview process they are just using the name of Sitecore and following all false practices. They will never update in-between process. If you are not from Belgium....Strict NO from my side. They did not have the courtesy to reimburse the people traveling from out of Belgium for attending the interview and mostly their 3rd round and 4th round is the same and of no difference. Guys, please value your time,effort and money, they wasted 3 and half months of mine.
