I applied through a recruiter website. The first contact was in the next day. The recruiter sent my CV for the company and they answered me asking to do a video interview and a logical test. The video is easy but the test is a little bit difficult.

Referral. Few emails, and then the interview was scheduled. Easy process. Two stages of the interview were conducted. Started in few months after the initial interview. Nice and smooth interview process.
