There was an initial phone screening with general questions (I.e. why do you want to work here). After that, we scheduled an in person interview with the owners present. I was asked about previous experience. I was offered a job within the next week.

The interview for this job was straight forward and easy to engage in. I really liked the person who conducted the interview and appericated how they explained things about the job I was applying for.

Entrevista
I got a phone call from the franchise owner, answered a few general questions, and worked out a time to meet a lead trainer. Did an In-person interview. I met with a lead trainer right before a group class and was interviewed again with some follow-up questions. I was able to shadow during the group class and take notes. I was offered an opportunity to ask questions to the lead trainer after the class concluded. We agreed to meet again at an individual class where I could shadow a current trainer, take notes, and ask questions.
