It's a very bad interview process, they will ask for your information to get documents, contact the bank and promise that you will be endorsed to the CEO for the next interview. After a few "interviews" with the hiring manager, he will ask for more and more documents that is very unprofessional and would not even ask you about your experience, basically just using the applicants to do their research about how viable their business is.
