Initial screen with HR where they tell you about the position and do a lot of the talking. Then 45 minutes with the hiring manager, he talked non-stop for 20 minutes, asks a few questions, then talks some more. Multiple days of panel interviews, with project manager and product owner, along with two technical resources, and then another Senior Director. Everything was going swimmingly until the last day. The technical resources got way, way into the weeds, far more than expected for a director level role, and I unfortunately did not do well. This was followed by a Sr Director who really dwelled on the fact that I had been laid off from my previous job (along with hundreds of others.). She couldn't comprehend that it wasn't my fault. The lack of empathy and understanding were really disappointing. If this is how you treat potential employees, I can only imagine how you treat actual employees. Not surprisingly given how unprofessional the interview went, I was ghosted by them. You can consider it petty, but I cancelled my SiriusXM subscription. Given the treatment I received, I don't want to do business with you or work for you.

Process was fine, communication was a bit delayed. Three rounds of interviews took just under two months. My biggest complaint was getting to the final round only to receive an automated rejection rather than a human conversation with feedback.
