I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter afterwards. I had one phone interview, a 1:1, and then 3 'mini' 30 minute interviews that were supposed to be a substitute for a panel interview I believe.
Unfortunately, I have to give this a relatively negative review because they strung me along for months (3 months if you need reference) with barely any communication as to where I stood or when they would hire someone. In the end they dissolved the position completely and reworked the description for basically an entirely different position and pulled new candidates.
I was assured by the recruiter that I was one of their top choices however it still was rather frustrating to wait so long and not even have the job be filled by someone more qualified.
Everyone was really, truly lovely during the process and I would have loved to work with them. If the opportunity arose I would consider taking a position but I wouldn't trust the interview process to go as expected. The recruiter especially was one of the best I've spoken to when looking for a job and working with her the highlight of my process.
Just know that if they haven't made a decision in probably a month to give up on them- not worth getting your hopes up.
