Applied online. Phone interview with HR who asked very generic questions that didn’t feel very job specific. In person interview was conducted by HR and the VP. Most of the time the VP was talking about the role and asked specific questions about my experience. HR just listened and asked if I had questions at the end. I sent a thank you note after the interview but received no response. Disappointing when there’s radio silence after taking the time to attend an in person interview.
