2 interviews after the HR called.
HR called on 14 Jan 2025 the within this month after applying.
First interview with Senior manager and manager of the team on 15 Jan 2025.
Final interview with the team Director on 17 Jan 2025.
Conclusion: over qualified (Degree holder for a Diploma role)

Manager: what are you actually looking for currently? and salary range?
Senior Manager: most of the conversation was between him on the job. what do you understand about the job after reading the JD? any question to ask?
It was fast and through zoom. The questions asked were generic. Expect market pay if you're just starting out as a fresh graduate from poly or university unless you have lots of prior experience.
