The interview was fair, just questions about knowledge and teaching materials. A couple of rounds, and also a simulation of teaching done. Overall, was a pleasant experience, and good interview.
Do a presentation about a topic of the school’s module and then talk about work experience and then interviewers share more about the life as a lecturer and what to expect
Need to prepare a 10 minute lesson and conduct the lesson during the interview. Interviewer asked question during the lesson presentation to stimulate real lecture session. Follow by the standard interview on the role as lecturer.
