There was an initial dialogue session and 1.5h pre-interview written test. I was informed via email within a couple of days to attend an online panel interview, scheduled for a few weeks later. Radio silence after the panel interview.

Was invited to a pre-interview and dialogue session where I took a psychometric and writing test. There were a total of 17 participants in the session that I went. The writing test involves a case study. The dialogue session was with 4 of the Assistant Directors and we had to take turns to introduce ourselves and answer some general questions (e.g., why you want to join CAD, what are your strengths and weaknesses). One week later, if you are shortlisted, they will send you an email with details on a panel interview (via zoom).
