I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the time and effort I invested in the interview process for the position at technical support in sinch. In my case, I found the interview process to be quite prolonged and cumbersome. clearing all the rounds and moving to HR round for salary discussion, after being done with salary discussion it took them around 4 days to hand me the joining letter. Finally, done with all the background and the required verification, now, I was hoping to receive my joining letter, but suddenly I get to know we have one more round of "HOD" Round and guess what, they rejected my application. The duration between each step appeared excessive. The time invested in preparing for each round, and attending multiple interviews over an extended period took a toll on my productivity and created a sense of frustration. I understand the importance of thorough evaluation, but it is also important to consider the impact on candidates' personal and professional lives. Lengthy interview processes can pose challenges for individuals who are actively seeking employment, particularly those who have ongoing commitments or are exploring multiple opportunities. Constructive feedback like this is crucial for companies to refine their recruitment processes continually. It allows for introspection and adaptation, leading to improved experiences for future. My intention in sharing these concerns is to provide insight into my experience and help foster a more efficient and candidate-friendly interview process moving forward. Thank you for taking the time to consider my perspective. I look forward to any feedback or insights you may have regarding .
