      Submitted my application and received outreach to schedule phone interview. Interviewer was LATE. Did not follow up when promised. Want to pay 69,000 for a CSM role in this economy.

      Honestly, I had a horrible experience and I was treated unfairly. I had an interview and I scheduled the time off and allocated time in my day to meet with the recruiter via teams just for the recruiter to no-show, no follow up, nothing. I sat in the interview for 20 minutes and she never joined. I sent her an email and she replies hours later that she was “busy” and would follow up with me the following day to reschedule. Well, the following day came and guess what? No follow up! How rude!? I had to follow up 2-3 times with the recruiter just to reschedule and get a reply. We finally scheduled our interview and of course she was late.. and finally joined, very surface level, very disingenuous, and ended our interview in 15 minutes, told me that the position is not available after our 15 minute chat, but said she would follow up with me in 24 hours just in case a candidate wasn’t selected. Well, guess what? No follow up. She completely ghosted me, cool. I will never apply for this company ever again!

      My experience was absolutely horrible and a complete waste of time. First off, the recruiter did a no-show on our first call. Yes, I sat there on the video call AFTER allocating the time needed and moving my schedule around, just for her not to show. I sat in the meeting for about 30 minutes and she never emailed me or anything letting me know she was not going to make it which was extremely inconsiderate and rude. She emailed me hours later asking to reschedule and I was understanding and replied and she completely ghosted me. I had to follow up 2 times just for a response to reschedule. We finally rescheduled almost a week later and when we had the interview she was completely disengaged and uninterested in me from the beginning! She rushed the interview an had an overall disingenuous energy. The interview SHE stood ME up on only lasted 15 minutes. I honestly don’t feel like I was fairly treated at all or given a fair chance. At the end of the interview she goes, “we do have final candidates, so I’ll follow up with you in 24 hours.. Well guess what? She never followed up and completely ghosted me. I will never apply for this company EVER again!

      Simple enough. Applied online and received an email to set up my interview. I will say, I applied before and hit “black or African American” as my race, applied a bit later and check “white” as my race with the same resume and got a response. Coincidence? Also base salary is 69,000. It’s not 2007, rent is $1400 in Austin.
