Poor communication, junior team members who were designers were calling the shots during the process so it was all a bit redundant. They suggested everything was positive and then after requiring multiple interviews and a lengthy presentation, went completely silent and needed to be chased multiple times for an answer which was given several weeks later. Extremely unprofessional after requiring such an involved hiring loop - no respect for applicants' time.
