The interview process consisted of 3 stages. First stage was a one on one with the Head of Digital Marketing and a general chat around experience and some competency based questions. Stage 2 was split into 2 parts. Part 1 was with the Head of Digital Marketing once again as well as the Head of Brand and was very much based on strengths and values. The second part was then a 25 minute presentation with a Q&A to follow. I was given the presentation topic about 10 days before the interview. The final stage was with 2 members of the leadership team, again very much going through experience as well as strengths and values and some competency questions. All 3 stages were carried out online due to COVID which wasn't a problem at all and didn't compromise the experience.
