First, a short call to briefly look at my interest for the position and set an interview date, then a longer interview discussing my experience, the position itself, the type of work, my suitability for it etc. The next stage was a short presentation according to a brief I was given. I had plenty of time to prepare for it, and the HR team was available to contact with any questions in regards to the task.

Initial interview was in-person with three people, including the hiring manager and team lead. Mostly an open-ended discussion of my CV, the role, and the organisation. Plenty of opportunity for both parties to ask questions. Nothing technical here. For the second interview, I was presented with a task brief to be completed and presented to the team at the interview. The interviewers were a team of five. Only the hiring manager reappeared from the initial interview, the others were new faces. Everyone introduced themselves, and then I made the presentation. They then asked me some questions about my process and methods, an how I would complete a similar brief differently in the office with more resources. Once agin, I was given the opportunity to ask questions.
