1st stage was a telephone interview with a member of the internal recruitment team. The lady I spoke to was Shab Hair. Once this was completed I was invited to the next and final stage which was an assesment centre held at the offices where the role was based. The assesment centre was held a few weeks after the initial telephone interview and compromised of a presentation about Simply Business, an office tour, a group exercise, face to face interview with the recruitment team and a role play with a short IT test.

WOW! What a Journey this Interview process has been😁. It all started with an email from Shab one of the recruiters form Simply Business which lead to a phone call to check my suitability for the role. Two Zoom meetings later, one a Sales Task and the another a Competency and Values based questions. All the interviewers were very professional, informative, helpful, jovial and genuinely they all want you to succeed and be part of the team!
