Very extensive process with focus on culture and analytics , they ask lots of puzzle questions and your goals. Interview process is designed to be pressuring because if a candidate can go through that, they'll be able to survive in the company also.

Entrevista
The interview went great. Started with general questions like what do you know about the company and the position. The interviewer then talked more about the position and responsibilities. The company welcome fresh graduates and provide good training. The interview ended with she asking if I had questions. I asked more about the project management department. Overall, the interviewer was pretty friendly and responsive. She also gave me a timeline for the following steps.

Entrevista
Applied online, the entire interview process took almost a week. First, they made Phone on Screening, later interview with the manager. Due to the language issue, the job description explained manager was not clear to me, what I say was not clear to the manager. Anyways, I got selected.
