The interview process involved: 1. HR screening 2. Technical Round of Interview 3. If you have cleared 2, then Assignment submission 4. Technical Round Interview 2 post you have cleared assignment 5. HR negotiation round I did cleared all the rounds. The HR of the company sounded positive and did tell to revert back with the date. After investing almost 5-8 hours in above process the HR did not even bother to revert to your call or to inform you that they may not go with the candidature. The issue is even employees need clarity, or an answer. There is no problem going ahead with the candidature but the problem is the candidate who has invested in interview rounds deserve an Answer !
