It lasted about 35–45 minutes, and most of the questions focused on my background and previous work experience. I genuinely felt like I nailed it because the conversation flowed so well, and they seemed engaged and positive throughout. I was really excited about the opportunity, as everything about the company and the interview felt like the right fit. The only disappointing part was not receiving a response to my follow-up email or any update regarding the final decision. As someone who truly values communication and professionalism, I wish there had been some acknowledgment or closure. Even a short update goes a long way in showing respect for a candidate’s time and effort.
