Two rounds of interviews. The final round have a director interview and a partner interview. Similar to any consulting interviewee led case interviews. Culture fit is an important consideration. So is the background.

2 rounds of interviews:
- one 1-hour interview with a director
- one super day of interviews (meet 4-5 people in various levels, 1 consultant, 1 senior consultant, 1 director, and 2 partners)
type of questions:
- case studies (2), one is most definitely on pricing and the other is not on pricing at all
- behavioral questions
- background questions
- "how would you think about this" questions
