Recruiter Reached out, followed by phone interview. total 45 mins interview, started with few behavioral and followed by Case ( most time spent on case). The interviewer was friendly but was only with the company for about a year. In case interviews, it felt like they were looking to get exact answer - rather than conceptual understanding of the candidate.

4 Runden: erste Runde online Assessment, zweite Runde case Study Vorbereitung mit allgemeinen bewerbungsfragen, dritte und vierte Runde vor Ort mit case Studys und Brain teaser fragen. Typische Fragen wie warum man in Beratung arbeiten möchte. Nette Mitarbeiter
