Three case-based interviews requiring standard case preparation. There is also a brief period of personal questions to determine fit within the firm. All told a very standard interview process.

The process is long but like the rest of the consulting company. The SHL test is quite stressful but fun. The interview took 28min, it started basic behavioural question then went to case based interview.

I underwent one round of behavioral interviews followed by three case interviews in a row. Cases we’re pretty standard and interviewers were kind/exhuberant. As long as you demonstrate initiative and critical thinking ability it should go well for you.

Entrevista
It consisted of 2 rounds of interviews that took place over 2-3 weeks. The first happened on campus and was predominantly a case study followed by several questions like why SKP?
The second round was a super day at their office. It consisted of 3 case interviews with various members at various levels in the company and a behavioral interview over lunch (although the person who took me out just wanted to speak with me and it felt nothing like an interview).
