Initial contact was made by email from the Hiring Manager. The interview was a panel interview (3 panelists) and lasted for approximately 40 minutes. During the interview, a series of behavioural questions were asked that focused on organizational and communication skills. Immediately after the interview there was an in-basket test which tested telephone, database and email communication skills as well as task prioritization. Once the offer had been made, I was required to take a typing test to prove my typing speed.

The interview was 1 hour. It was with an interview panel where they asked standard interview questions. Asked for a lot of examples where I exemplified leadership skills, organization, multitasking, and meeting deadlines. Immediately after the 1-hour interview they gave me 1 hour to complete an online in-basket test that tested my basic admin skills (ex. how would you respond to this email, set up this excel sheet, etc. ). The in-basket test was four questions and I had 1 hour to complete it. Total all this took 2 hours.
