Straight forward process, including a situational strengths test, verbal and numerical reasoning, and a video interview. The camera was recording the entire time, which can be distracting. Overall an enjoyable experience.

The interview involved self-introduction, competency-based interview questions, technical questions (a problem scenario). There was a mandarin test (reading aloud a paragraph and dictating a paragraph). There was an online drafting test.

Entrevista
Logical reasoning and verbal reasoning assessment that was followed by some video interview questions. Around 5 questions of basic fit and competency that is expected for any video interview. Prepare why law, why the firm, what's going on in the legal world etc.
Initial stage is a written application involving basic motivational questions. Followed by a skills competency test. The AC was all online, three different tasks, all individual. Ran seamlessly. Completed AC but haven't heard an outcome over 2 months later.
