The interviews were very scattered; the first interview was "in-person" I drove to the bank, only to conduct the interview via zoom in an office there, with who would be my immediate supervisor (Regional Manager). The second interview had to be rescheduled [per phone call from RM the day before], which I then had to email the recruiter to reschedule. That second interview was scheduled at the bank at 8am, which is fine, but the bank lobby wasn't even open, so I had to call to get in. The RM was there, and the other person called to join last second in via zoom [Zoom bank employee seemed obviously distracted and couldn't focus on call]. Third interview was normal and in-person. This was all over a 3-month period.
