Three rounds of interviews (not including initial correspondence with the recruiter), including one that took place at 7:15 am, just to be ghosted. I was very interested in the opportunity and excited to be moved through the interview process so quickly. Communication was excellent up and the final interview went over very well. The last thing the interviewer said to me was that they felt I would be an excellent asset to the team. Then crickets. Nothing. Nada. It's been almost a month since the last interview.
