Pleasant process. Took about 1.5 weeks. Went in for first interview with current receptionist and director. They liked me and told me to come back next week to meet with some residents. The residents said I was lovely, had personality and that they would like to see me. Was interviewed same day by HR. Told me they'd have decision next week, but called me by the end of the day to offer me the job 10 minutes later, I accepted. Going in on Monday to fill out paperwork.
