It was very fair process, I got the chance to show some of my skills before being hired. The first interview was with my recruiter (Christal Jackson) over the phone. She did a wonderful job and I am grateful for her honesty during the process. I felt completely comfortable with the company before I took my first step into the building because of her. Second interview was an in person interview & was hosted in the conference room.
