Mutual respect is important. Imagine you travelled all the way to JB (>330 km) for job interview yet it got cancelled 10 minutes prior to your arrival with the reason of Hiring Manager having an urgent meeting and thats all! Good luck, future applicants!
Smooth, they wanted to know about myself and if I am a fit for the position. Not trying to humiliate or taking advantage, legitimately looking for a fit candidate.
They called within 1 hour to arrange my second interview.

The interview on 21st December held by the company silitronic, offered manufacturing engineering position based on the jobstreet description, and yet when I walked in they told me we don't offer that position. Wasted 2 hours of waiting, instructions weren't clear at all, very bad organising interview.
