Interview was a 10 minutes introduction in English, then miscellaneous technical questions related to PHP, mostly non-practical questions. Reasons why it was a negative experience: 1- No respect for the candidate's schedule. The interview was scheduled to be in "two days" without giving any options. Replied that I can't attend at that time, no response was given. Sent a follow-up email, the reply was a set interview "tomorrow", again without any options. 2- The interview itself was an hour long, at the end I was told "HR will contact you" in a very positive indication. I wasn't contacted again, sent a follow-up email, they didn't even bother to reply.
