HR promptly contacted me to schedule a 15-minute phone screen after I applied online. Within a week of the phone screen, I had a 1-hour in-person interview with two hiring managers. They asked about my interest in the role, career goals, and behavioral questions related to the job responsibilities and qualifications, and there were many opportunities to ask my own questions about the job and department. HR was responsive during the entire hiring process.

Had two interviews. First interview was with HR/Recruiting team and was very helpful and informative. Second interview was with the head of the grants department. She was extremely transparent about the nature of the job, but also very understanding. Ended up not accepting the third interview based on the more in-depth description of the position
