Interviewers were very friendly. All was mainly conversational. There were only two rounds, not including an initial HR screening round. The next round was with leadership, then with people who have been through the program. Very informative process

Pretty standard. Mainly behaviorally with a few questions around the innovation industry and what excites me about it / working at SVB. Structure : 4x 30 min interviews with directors across the bank.
