Very bad experience . No patience to listen to the candidate . Only the first interviewer was polite and asked a general LeetCode type of question , the next two rounds were super arrogant ,constantly interuppting every response . Last round with Engg Manager was okay . The two rounds with Lead/another senior engineer was totally rude .

1. Head hunter recruiter 2. Interview with director 45 mins, discuss my background and available position at SVB, behavioral questions, high level technical questions, goes good, sends me to two technical interviews 3. Tech interview #1 w lead dev 45 mins, system design and coding kata, pass 4. Tech interview #2 w another lead dev 45 mins, coding kata, pass 5. Final round w manager 30 mins, asked random questions about different technologies, I cover concepts well, but, feel like hiring mgr doesn't really understand technology and is reading a cue card and expecting me to respond with an exact match to this cue card. Perhaps, manager was unprepared. This is the only interview of many companies in which my interviewer did not have their video on (feels a bit unprofessional). Manager is new to company and lacks much experience in IT, so, I see the possible disconnect. They pass on me. Feels like a missed opportunity on both of our ends. It has to be a short list of applicants that pass both technical tests with lead devs but are deemed not technical enough by a high level conversation with a manager with much less experience.

Had 4 rounds of interview comprising of 2 technical, 1 managerial and a behavioural round. All the rounds were of professional and decent level. Overall it was a smooth process with timely updates from recruiter regarding next set of steps.
