The Interview Process is a month long process, but I fell out after one interview. I think they told me there was a total of three interviews. I had a few contacts within the organization, but I did not do enough to research information in-depth about the company. Most of the people at SVB are very friendly. You got to realize that they are not like a typical bank and they wear jeans. They are not a big fan of bankers, so don't look like a banker to them. The employees tend to tweet and they are very interested in tech companies. Call in advance since their office can be tricky to find.
