The recruiter reached out and invited me for a call where the first screening started (e.g. describe your latest project in English). The recruiter was very nice and promised me a quick process. After this nice conversation, I was ghosted. I understand not to come back after a CV/portfolio review, but ghosting people after 1st interveiw is HIGHLY unprofessional.
