Interview Process was long and involved multiple steps. I had of course an initial phone screen, followed by a Teams interview. The next step was a half day in person interview at the company HQ with a broad team including Operations and the company President (hiring manager was not present, but we had another video call). There was also an assessment and a 3rd video call with the hiring manager.
