First round with HR trainee: She had pulled up an old CV from a role i applied for years ago when i was in uni, the still had in their system. Completely messy, completely unprepared. Then it fizzles out even though i sent her the most up to date resume which had more experience and made no sense how the considered my on the old resume but not the up to date one.
