I applied online to H. Samuel and received an invite to interview that afternoon. The interview was very informal, more like it was to assess my personality than my skill as they seemed willing to teach some selling skills "the H. Samuel way". The interviewer was very nice and chatty, he only asked me 3 questions, so the interview was very short. I asked why that was and he said that I didn't have that much retail experience so there wasn't much point in asking anything more work-related so he asked me other questions about my interests and studies (This is what makes me think it was more assessing my personality).
