Applied in person for a Sales Associate position and the Manager offered an interview with the District Manager for a MIW (Manager In Waiting) position. Very positive staff and environment at this store--which is why I applied in the first place.

One professional interview. I was asked several question and made small talk. The second interview I was asked to start the following week. It is not the same way currently. The hiring process is different but can be just as speedy.

Came to a recruiting event with many different store managers from the district. On rotation for about 30 minutes to an hour. Was not asked any difficult questions and everyone was very friendly.
