I interviewed with one of the owners of the organization, and she was awesome. We talked about the terms of employment. It was a short question answer type fomat. I tested for my skills on an individual. And explained why I was interested in becoming a team member.I was introduced to the staff and got familiar with the system and login process. I also was tested on my communication skills with a hard of hearing individual. I took the normal test for the health care family. And the interview was a very successful one.
