I was contacted by HR after submitting my application to schedule a phone interview. Everyone I spoke to was so detail oriented, respectful of my time and appreciative of my interest in the opportunity. Although I was not offered the position, I will continue to apply to opportunities with this company as they arise as a result of the amazing experience I had with the employees who i interacted with. Ultimately I was underqualified for the particular role I applied for and was happy to have had the chance to interview for the position at all. I think its great that this company can think outside the box and understand that not having the number of years of experience desired does not necessarily take you out of the running. That's a rare quality in an employer and I want to be a part of an organization like this one! I even received some really great feedback from the people I interviewed with and I am confident that I will definitely get an offer for the next opportunity here! Fingers crossed!
