Non-responsive (Ghost) recruiting. Had multiple interviews both phone and onsite. Was told they will contact me for final interview. After a few days, no email, no phone calls, no communications. I called and emailed recruiter for status. No response. After 2 weeks, tried to contact recruiter again, still no response, no call backs, no replies. They just “ghosted” me. Very bad.
