The process was smooth and clearly defined. Once my interest was expressed the process moved very quickly. The practical skills component was new to me and quite challenging. However, I appreciate that element of evaluating candidates. The culture interview was a great opportunity to meet other members of the organization and provided a clear picture of the office environment and they type of people that I would potentially working with.
